My Plott/GSD mix has a serious thing for shoes and socks. Doesn't chew them, just carries them around wanting you to chase him. Started when he was about that size and is still going 4 years later.
Our cat used to wait for the water in the shower to start and then when into the bathroom (could always get the door open somehow) and came out a moment later with one of my wives bunny slippers. Which he would then play with on the living room floor. I'd wait and after she finished her shower a minute later I'd heard her yelling the cats name, who'd disappear. Those were good times. Miss them both.
We had a dog that would take the wife's shoes through the doggie doors to the side yard. Whenever it would start to rain, I would ask her where are your shoes.
Well if he dropped off 1 to go get the other then I say good dog but if he was sneaking off with it and got caught well we have a little more training to do JD
One of my Goldens would grab a shoe if it was out of place and bring to you. You’d then have to get up and have him carry it to the closet. The *real* excitement started when you told him to get the other one. “HOLY SHIT!! I GOT A JOB TO DO!!”
That puppy is adorable.Cute good morning. Btw puppy could have that slipper or anything his little heart desires.
