Pro-tip: More studying and less partying, Sydney

An Ohio woman bludgeoned her mother with a frying pan and stabbed her dozens of times after her parents found out she was kicked out of college for poor grades. 

Sydney Powell, 23, of Akron, was convicted last week of two counts of murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence for the killing of 50-year-old Brenda Powell in the family's home, according to the Summit County Prosecutor's Office.

    "...as a child life specialist..." LMFAO. WTF is a child life specialist? Whatever it is and if there is such a thing she apparently wasn't good at it. I've had it with all these phony baloney jobs. A child life specialist used to be called a parent. -sammy

      It was an actual job at Children's hospital. The Child Life Specialist was responsible for conducting individualized 'play therapy' with hospitalized kids.

      'play therapy'...that's a job? I was hospitalized as a kid and the last thing I wanted was some freak stranger adult playing with me. Hell, we didn't even want our own parents playing with us and they didn't want to anyway. Sheesshh.-sammy

    She was in a sorority and was only taking four classes, three of which she failed. Her photo should be placed under the definition of "useless twat."

    Bright side of being kicked out of college, her student loan debt will be smaller. And being in prison she won't have to make the payments. Win win

    It happens more often than we think, there's a guy in Wisconsin that killed his father for mostly the same reason..... then he killed his mother and cut up both bodies...he attempted to burn them in the fireplace but it wasn't working so.... he spread their body parts along the river, highway his girlfriend mom's friend farm etc..... life with no parole because he was caught in a lie..
