I have no idea why even after living in philly and growing up around them. they do the same thing with guns too. always playing with it. random shots and all that are for the most part them playing with a gun. also, know they have very little ammo as a rule. they can not "own" a gun without shooting it every now and then. to see if it still works (?) kind of weird in a way, but the more educated they are, the less they play with themselves or any guns . dave in pa.
