    now, that is fucked up. they shot the man that did their job. and from the back too.
    I sue their ass off too. all the damn chicken shit cop had to do was yell drop it and the guy would have. but no. fucking cops. you are safer away from them. dave in pa.

    It's Safe outside now - cops come out of hiding, go outside & shoot the good guy who the popo just watched drop the shooter....

    They should be charged with manslaughter at a minimum. That's not incompetence, it's criminal

      It sounds like they weren't watching - they were hiding in the substation building. Gunshots stopped, because Johnny Hurley did his duty as a man, and what they were not up to doing. Po po at that point stuck their head out because it was quiet, and shot the first man they saw with a gun, in the back.
