When you out-tyrant the tyrants on the HOA board
Following his arrest over the weekend, newly-obtained surveillance video allegedly shows the former president of a condominium association on South Beach slashing tires and trying to set a truck on fire back in April, according to News 6 partner WPLG.

I would never buy into and HOA. Too many rule makers with their heads up their asses. My brother bought into one having no idea what it really was. An old farm boy and did he get a rude awakening. The rules have gotten stronger and he now does know if he has to shit before he shaves or afterwards. Just stupid petty stuff.

Deleterickn8or - I grew up and spent my life until age 49 in Atlanta, and listened to Neal off and on for most of his time on the air. I miss The Talkmaster terribly. He still does a podcast and sounds off on current events now and then on his FB page, but it's not the same.

When I the president of my old community HOA, my stated goal was to create the least effective HOA that ever existed. I held the Karens back for almost 4 years. Then I moved. I understand that they are trying to foreclose on a house now.

ReplyDeleteSeriously the people who complain about hoas is amusing AF. I worked at one for 20 years as facility mgr - I would never live in an hoa but they do serve a purpose.
Best part were the idiots who bitched about the rules - rules they paid EXTRA to live under - fuking hilarious to watch them be miserable
