BROOKSVILLE, Fla. - Two women were arrested in Hernando County after they attempted to rob multiple people in a Walmart, one of them pepper-spraying multiple deputies in the process, according to the sheriff's office.
One of these turds has previously been convicted for 39 felonies, has been incarcerated five times and had an outstanding warrant. Where do you draw the line? It's time to implement "3 strikes."
