MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. (FOX 2) - A Harper Woods woman has been charged in the death of a victim in a wheelchair after she fatally struck them over the weekend.
Darci Repine, 42, was arraigned in connection with the death on Monday with prosecutors arguing she was intoxicated when she hit the victim.
Even if the "victim" was in a designated cross walk he or she might be partially libel since technically he or she wasn't walking. He or she should have used a designated cross wheel.

Apparently she hit multiple cripples at once, the article keeps saying she hit "them" over and over...
ReplyDeleteDeputies took over chest compressions until EMS arrived and took the victim to the hospital. They were later pronounced dead.

DeleteI repair wheel chairs for a living. Last year 5 of my clients were hit by cars. 2 were hit and runs.
