Prison stabbing death being investigated as..... homicide

Officials from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation are investigating the death of an inmate at Kern Valley State Prison as a homicide, the department announced Saturday. 

According to a CDCR release, two prisoners allegedly attacked another prisoner, identified as 41-year-old Isaac Duran, with an inmate-manufactured weapon at 2:55 p.m. on Oct. 14.

Gee, I wonder what tipped them off that it just might be a murder?

  3. What am I missing here? You have a prison, a stabbing death and it's a being investigated as a homicide. The prisoner could of slipped on some soap I guess.

    Gee....I wonder how nice it must be to have a better one....and how some 'systems' show 'em how.
    California. The 'Good pissin' on brushfires-never finishing a bush before pissin' on another' and the evul and pure of heart doing what is for the 'chiclets'.
    No use 'railin' when all your money goes to 'scalin' either.

    I wish I could get out like Ken did.
