    When a child is acting up, I cut the 'parent' out of the loop. With a stern look at the child, I say a very decisive, No!
    That works about 90% to quiet the brat. The 'adult' usually look at me like she's about to say something. She gets the same look.
    Yes, its nearly always a woman. The males get the same treatment. If they were men, they'd be on that crap before it started.

    10) I once told a friend of mine that one of our co-workers was an empty eyed psychopath. 5 years later he said "you tried to warn me". The thing is that the psychopath was always respectful around me. I think he knew I could see him.
