Border Security: Texas bill signed into law allowing state to arrest migrants, challenging federal authority

BROWNSVILLE, Texas - Texas Governor Greg Abbott and several other state leaders were on hand as the governor signed three new border security bills into law, including one which could open a challenge federal immigration law.

The signing in Brownsville included Senate Bill 3, which provides $1.5 billion for border security, Senate Bill 4, which makes illegal entry into Texas a state crime, and Senate Bill 4 from the Third Special Session, which increases the minimum sentence from two years to 10 years for smuggling immigrants or operating a stash house.

  1. Texas will soon find out what Arizona did a few years back. The feds will fight tooth and nail to keep their job of letting any and all ILLEGALS into our country. These treasonous actions won't stop until the last communists are dead.

  5. Seal the damn border off. Put up wire, in the holes, man the areas with out border wall have it signage stating no traffic Zero north across the border, must go to legal port. The use of deadly force authorized for border crossers at non approved sites. Keep them on the Mexican side, there they are Mexicos problem not ours.

A heavenly armed veteran only volunteer force could stop this in hours at any location employed. Hey you fellow knuckleheads, want to come join me in Southern Sunny Arizona for a vacation? Bring your jeep, your OHV, your dirt bike, oh and ALL YOUR KIT, I REPEAT ALL YOUR KIT. You will be self supporting in all classes of supply. I am only minutes from Nogales. (Heads up the conditions down here even in the winter are very rough.)

Kenny not sure how you want to handle that last paragraph. As it is a serious plea for vets. I need a Company, hell a Battalion would be even better. Posting that will bring heat on you.
