And you thought New York drivers were bad

The Illinois State Police said five of its squad cars were involved in crashes over the weekend, three of which were Move Over Law, otherwise known as “Scott’s Law,” related.

  2. I have to admit I'm not convinced of the effectiveness of the Move Over laws. Yes, it gives them something to charge the drivers with, but they plowed into parked police cars because they were poor drivers, not because they were unaware of the law.
