As a kid in the late fifties and early sixties the town had a big ice skating rink on a pond they plowed with a jeep. It closed at 9p. We would walk home in a group and many times it was snowing. We'd pick out a falling snowflake and run around to catch it on our tongues. I remember kids running into telephone poles or highway signs. Great fun. Great memories.

ReplyDeletePups get their fun where they can.
ReplyDeleteGoldie's love water in any form. They'll break through the ice to go swimming and then wonder why they're cold. Greg
