Hatch green and red chile was a staple growing up in N.M. Fortunately I've had pretty good success growing Hatch chile from seed here in the Midwest. T.H.

I cook my pork butts in a dutch oven using charcoal. Since I've moved back home, it's just me and the wife most of the time and that's a lot of meat. This recipe will help us use it up! Eod1sg Ret
