We went out to Sweden to visit Norma Ammunition, to see the place that produces 75 million pieces of complete ammunition a year! We looked around case manufacture, learned how they make projectiles, got involved in bullet testing and even had a play with a .505 Bibbs and .460 Weatherby on Norma's testing range.
Sweden knows ammo.
ReplyDeleteToo bad America can't make ammo, too many dopers on the line.
Norma is soon to open a new plant producing ammunition in Georgia.
DeleteThat would be in the state of Georgia, USA. Garden City, Georgia, to be exact.
Too bad you think so little of your fellow Americans. It makes me wonder if you yourself could pass a drug test.
All depends on who you now count as fellow Americans.
DeleteMy blue press make me feel…. Inadequate.
ReplyDeleteNotice much difference there Kenny?
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear Norma is coming to the US, especially to Georgia. I love to shoot Norma and try to get my hands on Norma components for my reloading bench.
ReplyDelete*Gibbs....505 Gibbs.
ReplyDeleteI would work there if I got paid in ammo! No income tax.
ReplyDeleteChutes Magoo
I fired some 357 mag that was made in Brazil that fouled the gun worse than anything I've ever shot. I stopped shooting when the soot at the muzzle flashed and started to smoke.
ReplyDeleteI almost ran out of patches getting that gun clean again.
