A tenant and father who had fought and won his appeal of an eviction notice was shot and killed by the landlord’s boyfriend at a Texas apartment complex, police said.

ReplyDeleteI can understand the frustration of trying to evict someone though. I know in Pennsylvania, the landlords get the short stick.
