I never thought I would ever say anything like this, but The place to be is on the ends of the coupler. Which is Not a good place to be, but in that situation,, yeah.
Starker here, I believe this train uses the British Buffers(Bumpers) & Chain. There are no couplers like the US has. The only thing to worry about is having your foot between the bumpers and smoosh, foot paste.
