We seriously need to consider bringing back flaying

A 28-year-old woman in Pennsylvania was arrested this week for allegedly posting a series of videos to her social media channel in which she slowly and sadistically tortured animals such as chickens, rabbits, frogs, and birds. Anigar Monsee was taken into custody on Friday and charged with four counts of aggravated animal cruelty, court records obtained by Law&Crime show.
