Commentary: The Border Crisis Is Front and Center in Battleground States and Even Liberals Have Had Enough

Despite economic issues dominating voters’ minds this election year, the unprecedented chaos at the southern border is forcing immigration into the spotlight, and nearly two-thirds of voters blame Biden for the border crisis.

A blistering new Bloomberg News/Morning Consult survey shows the share of voters who say immigration will be the most important issue to them on election day has risen in six of the seven swing states polled.

According to the survey, 61% of swing state voters say Biden is responsible for the unprecedented number of illegal immigrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, while only 30% blame Trump.

  1. Yeah, sure. These are the stupid people who voted for him because media told them Trump was bad. The live in emotions, and Biden gives them some bad emotions but there is always a way to gin up some outrage just in time and POW! the stupid get to relieve all the bad feels by having 5 minutes of hat for Orange Man Bad.

Experience only teaches the teachable, or if you need to explain it to someone who voted for Biden - "You can't fix stupid! (unless you have a hammer)

  2. How does anyone blame Trump for our current border crisis? He's been out for 3 YEARS now, and it is clearly emperor Poopypants who is solely responsible for the invasion. Leftists are so deranged it is comical.

  3. 100 million citizens say: "Hell, who cares about the border. We got more important stuff to consider like the Super Bowl spread: Kansas City Chiefs (+2.5) vs. San Francisco 49ers (-2.5)"
