ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Police arrested Dewayne Whelan, 55, for burglarizing Nice Price Convenience Store Tuesday night.

    Dewayne Whelan seems race-confused. With a name like that, he should be shooting up a Waffle House, not hiding in the rafters of a dollar store.
