If you ain't brown, you ain't down

The lawyer of marine veteran Daniel Penny has slammed the decision to allow six migrants who attacked NYPD officers in Times Square on Saturday to walk free without bail.

Thomas Kenniff, who is representing Penny as he faces manslaughter charges over the choking death of an unruly subway passenger last year, called the decision 'very confounding.'

'Anyone who is willing to resist arrest — or even worse, assault a police officer — that's indicative of someone who doesn't have respect for the legal system, which makes them even less likely to return to court.

I have no respect for the legal system

    1. 100's of 1000's of laws, rules, and regs written by unelected bureaucrats and selectively enforced dependent upon who one knows or what one is. There's no reason to respect that, people should not harm others but otherwise all should ignore laws and do whatever. US LEO are just another armed criminal gang in this system.

  3. Penney is guilty of being white in New York City. It is a foregone conclusion that TPTB (the powers that be) cannot, WILL not allow him to escape the clutches of the state for his sin of touching a favored pet of the state. Seriously, wipipo need to GTFO from urban centers before it is too late, as it seems they are decriminalizing assaulting them, which will eventually progress to the decriminalization of taking it all the way. It appears that this is becoming the effective policy of FUSA. remember, personnel IS policy... they are importing what they want in "America", and what they want certainly is not wipipo.
