It's a complex procedure to engage them that only a white man with a 7th grade education has the ability to perform. Unfortunately, his company armored Humvee broke down about a mile away.
While I was in engineering school at Tenn Tech, someone tried to tip an 800 can Pepsi machine on the first floor. It tipped too far and it came crashing down. It hit so hard, that I not only felt the vibration on the 5th floor, I heard it through the concrete structure of the building.
I was full at the time and it utterly ruined the machine. It was most likely done by black jocks who were a constant headache around campus.
Around here, we have untended roadside farmstands with produce laid out on a rickety old table and a cash box for self-service payment. Guess which demographic is notably absent in the area.
I had a similar thought. Just outside the small town where my dad grew up you can go into an unattended shack and buy fresh unpasturized honey, and just put the cash through a little mail slot into an adjacent room.
Ah, Diversity! What would we do without it?

Next step, no vending machines at all.
ReplyDeleteWe had those around the vending machines in my relatively upscale Jr and senior HSs in west Los Angeles.
