Moody, ain't he?

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A man is accused of shooting his girlfriend several times in the head and legs. 

Felix Tate is charged with criminal attempted first-degree murder. 

On Monday, officers responded to an armed robbery at the Nite-N-Day Food Mart on 2203 Chelsea Avenue.

    A fine example of DEI at work. Immediately after he was arrested, he was offered a Captain's position at United Airlines. The United spokesman said besides being the correct race his attitude toward people is exemplary since he only shot to wound, not kill.

      I'd think shooting her 3 times in the head was an attempt to kill. Unless his public defender gets several doctors to testify that neither one of the two keeps their brains in the usual location...
