The rebellion of the government against the people continues. Despite the fact that 70% of the population believe the border to be the most important issue of our day and that something close to that believes the out-of-control government spending, which drives inflation, is the second most important issue of our day, the senate is wholly focused on funding Ukraine.
The threat that Russia is poised to take on the world, starting with NATO-aligned Poland and the rest of Europe as soon as Putin is done with Ukraine, is a fallacy perpetuated by corrupt senators and representatives. As these politicians who seem incapable of doing anything positive for the American public try to equate 2024 Russia to 1938 Nazi Germany they have become absurdities. The very fact that Russia has spent two years and billions of dollars attempting to take Ukraine makes such grandiose claims absurd.
Peter Zeihan, a geo politics pundit who comes off as a paid shill of the intelligence community, peddles the idea that any direct confrontation between Russia and NATO would go nuclear in short order. Russia sees it as a existential threat and is going to lose anyway.
ReplyDeleteThe more I watch Zeihan, the more I realize you have to read between the lines. He pretends Biden is fully in charge and has full cognitive function. He is interesting to listen to from the perspective of "this is what the US intelligence community want you to know and how you should think."
Zeihan is not a paid shill. He comes across as one to those who don't know what is actually going on. While he does have contacts in intel circles, the accusation he simply spews what he is being told to spew is absurd.
DeleteI agree with you on his view of Biden, however.
"The threat that Russia is poised to take on the world, starting with NATO-aligned Poland and the rest of Europe as soon as Putin is done with Ukraine, is a fallacy perpetuated by corrupt senators and representatives."
ReplyDeletePutin himself is making the threat against Poland and the Baltics. No one is having to make anything up.
