The Amish will do best. That is the true Amish who use horses, not tractors, and do not have electricity in their homes. The Menonites will be next since they have a lifestyle closer to the Amish than any other group and are often mistakenly referred to as Amish. The downfall of the Amish will be their pacifism when SHTF comes and civilization collapses.
Nobody will come out ok, most people will die. And this is absolutely inevitable, sooner or later it will happen. But instead of hardening our infrastructure, burying our power lines and transfer stations, we are spending billions on... ManBearPig.
So we are overdue for the sun frying our electronics and yellow stone park volcano for sending us into an endless winter with its ashes. But biden's handlers will out do them all.
I've always figured it's just a matter of time until we get another one of these events. Wouldn't be surprised if it took over half the population in the US due to starvation, social unrest, and exposure. It would surely be hell on asset prices
The video did not mention anything about some of the telegraph stations catching fire because of the extremely high voltage coming over some of the wires. That is what leads many to believe that all electronics will be fried. That and the results of Starfish Prime.
A few years ago, I worked at US Bank for over a decade. I was on the disaster planning team. During a national conference call with the other coordinators, the director of Emergency Response Training responded to a question about the Carrington Event. He called it a "culture ending event with no viable contingency."
Never heard of it. Very informative. It seems country folk would make out best. City folk not so much.
