The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a lawsuit on Feb. 14 on behalf of 18-year-old Caden Kent, a biological female patient identifying as transgender, arguing that the hospital’s policy violated the state’s anti-discrimination law by not providing a sex-change mastectomy. Legal experts who spoke to the DCNF said this argument may come up in more cases as hospitals are penalized for refusing to provide sex-change procedures, and may make it as high as the Supreme Court in time.
Oh no! Scalpel slipped! I’m sooooooo sorry about that!
ReplyDeleteThis is good news for those who believe in assisted suicide, better known as Euthanasia.
ReplyDeleteThank You ACLU!

The fag-trannies gang isn’t interested in pushing a perverted agenda for the sake of the agenda. These fuckers are obsessed neurotics who eat, sleep, breathe ways of fucking over people who disagree with them and make them toe the line. They get their jollies by making people cave to their demands. Now because their parents didn’t beat the shit out of them and even encouraged the little fuckers, they're evil genies out of the bottle and they can't be put back.
ReplyDeleteI guess if a bakery can be forced to make a damned wedding cake, then a hospital can be forced to do a specific type of surgery. We've gone down tat rabbit hole. Fuck all if any of the resident surgeons are proficient at the specific task. Don't give a shit one way or another when they're all consenting adults, but what fries my ass is knowing I'm probably gonna get stuck picking up the tab.
DeleteFind some butcher MD who will do it and pay for it yourself.
ReplyDeleteI really do not have a problem with an adult having ANY surgery they want as long as it is paid out-of-pocket, as all elective surgeries are, and are not subsidized by taxes or insurance. This article is about an 18 year old mental patient, which is a legal adult, correct?
ReplyDeleteWhat the bloody hell, why do people want to chop of bits of their bodies
ReplyDeleteAhahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhaha

When I was taking the medical ethics class in medical school, one of the principals we were supposed to abide by was 'beneficence' - that whatever we do, we do in the best interest of the patient.
ReplyDeleteMedically unneeded surgery was specifically discussed.
Further, who is going to pay for this butchery? Ms. Kent?
Trans Activist - Back Door - Force - Sex The title says it all, I know what she really wants.

Just wait ... eventually, they will make this sort of thing mandatory. They are on the same path as Soviet-era "psychiatry" to cure dissent. Same energy.
