Well..It's a Berlin Germany TV channel (Abendschau - Evening Show) and his name is probably German ......so if he's right brain dominate, that would be controlling the left clear side of his face..??
That accent over the "e" in Daniel does not belong in German. Maybe he's a Belgian with a French accent added to an otherwise Flemish German name. German has the umlaut (two dots) over vowels to indicate a different vowel series, and no other special marks or letters.
I can imagine that having a konversation mit ihn would be difficult without staring at one side of his face and wondering....Hey, uh, why did you, uh...can I ask you a personal question?
