Bucking For A New Waco?

Now that the Democrats/communists have decided to ban citizen militias, H.R. 6981 and Senate bill S. 3589, probably as a requirement from the CCP prior to their intended uprising within the U.S., it might be time to take a realistic look at citizen militias. First of all, the law identifies these “citizen militias” as any time three or more people gather with the purpose of tactical training or training in the use of guns as an illegal “citizen militia.” That wipes out all sorts of gun safety programs right there. How would that benefit anyone except a foreign power intent on invasion? It was the level of gun ownership in America that has dissuaded nations, like Japan, from considering an invasion in the past. Why take that away?

  1. The citizens ARE the militia...the govenment has no say so in the matter.

  2. The 2nd: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed".

Why We Can't Ignore the "Militia" Clause of the Second Amendment.

If the "Citizen Militias" are banned that could lead to the disarming of everyone outside of the cops, military, Baboons and illegal aliens.

I keep saying the Democrats are not dumb.

    1. The militia clause is a prefatory clause. In English language construction, this means that it informs, or provides a reason for, the main clause. It does not alter the main clause at all. A ban on militias cannot be used to negate the plain language of the main clause. Of course, irrespective of that, there will certainly be those who would try to make that argument. But the 2A recognizes an individual right, not one held collectively by, or conditioned on participation in, a militia.

See also 10 U.S. Code § 246, which defines both the organized and unorganized militia. I'm too old for the latter, but that doesn't mean I no longer have the right to keep and bear arms.

    2. Cops are citizen militias. So getting rid of 'militias' should also get rid of armed cops.

    3. Cops aren't defacto militias. They could be if three of them were hanging out together and were male. But the "cop" part has nothing to do with it.

Regardless, every time my family sits down to breakfast, we're a militia by the government shitty new definition. More than 3 people at the table are armed, and we frequently talk about guns, training, tactics, etc... Hell...a few times every month, my wife and I (along with all the kids) do target shooting in the summer. We have a shot clock and everything. Fuck the government.

  3. If the government was honest they would not be worried. Sounds to me like they are scared shitless. Keep poking that hornets nest and their asses will be turned to fire.

  5. The Communist Control Act of 1954 needs to be re-instated. As a serious country, we used to throw Commies in the clink. Commies are cancer, wherever they go. My, how times have changed.

  9. A lot of these old militia groups that existed in the 80's and which the Feds say are disbanded are not. There are many of the old members (or supporters) still uphold the aims of the old groups. Did or do the Feds lie? Of course. The FBI and ATF are more incompetent than they were back then. Always be prepared and pay attention.
