SCOTUS refuses to take up Nick Sandmann’s libel case against NYT, ABC, and CBS

In an orders list on Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to take up Nick Sandmann’s case against the New York Times, CBS, ABC, Rolling Stone, and Gannett, bringing an end to his libel lawsuits against the media for its coverage of his encounter with Native American activist Nathan Phillips at the March for Life in Washington, D.C., back in 2019.

  1. The "fab-9" aren't as "right" as many believe. They caught the shit after they shut down "Roe vs Wade" and they're not about to put their heads on the liberal chopping block soon.

    1. It’s all in Common Sense by Thomas Paine. Many things, but to the point about the collusion of the three branches of government. Yes in England and we won the first one lost the second and now maybe we will win the third but I would rather see Jesus come and throw them in the lake of fire. Jefferson Davis said the second was not about slavery and the the issue that we fought were not resolved and will return.

  3. It’s always bothered me less that the injun was beating that drum in his face as opposed to those negroes calling those children everything but a child of god. If the races were reversed, what would you think the media would be reporting? I guess those crackers just had it coming for “existing while white”.

  4. They let that aged crone make accusations against Pres. Trump, and then the system refuses Mr. Sandmann's complaint. Unserious country. Americans are watching a corpse being consumed by maggots... some root for the corpse, others for the maggots.
