Commentary: Biden’s DOJ Thumbs Nose at SCOTUS on Key J6 Felony Charge

Donald Trump filed his brief Tuesday at the U.S. Supreme Court to defend his argument that presidents are immune from criminal prosecution. Noting the lack of historical precedent and dire ramifications for the future, Trump’s attorneys warned that “a denial of criminal immunity would incapacitate every future President with de facto blackmail and extortion while in office, and condemn him to years of post-office trauma at the hands of political opponents.”

  1. A "work around solution". Not just blatant disregard for the court's ruling like with forgiving student loans?

  2. No surprise. The current progressive democrats have taken off the gloves and are in full "ignore the constitution" mode. I'll say this once again. The progressives are obsessed tyrants who ignore all traditional rules because they have a plan and if you don't agree they'll force you by any means necessary to obey. BTW, no one's gonna come to your aid because people fear going to jail and fear dying more. That’s why the government is fucking over the capital Jan 6 trespassers while many Democrat cities are letting people with 100 prior felonies out with no bail. The takeover is irreversible and they'll succeed because most Americans don't give a shit about any draconian move by the democrats unless it directly affects them. On the other hand, if the video feed goes south while they’re watching the March madness follies beer glasses will hit the walls and dogs will be kicked.

  5. The communist left, including their hired thugs in the DOJ/FBI etc. are like all commies.
They don't listen to or respect anything except force....pure unadulterated violence. Can't make them follow your ruling? Then they won't. It's just that simple. There is no longer any
peaceful, legal means of redress left for dealing with the massive criminal crime spree that is now the "government".
