On March 12, Spokesperson Scott Hardin said effectively immediately, Arkansas driver’s licenses must list gender only as male or female, noting the gender must be what is listed on the license holder’s birth certificate.

ReplyDeletePicking whatever gender your fantasizing at the time you're fillling out the driver license form is the same at picking the height and weight you think you are. Would the progressives in the ACLU or SPLC defend a 5-foot 1-inch, 130 pound person who decided they were an 8-foot 2-inches tall and weighing 590 pounds person?

ReplyDeleteTomorrow a federal judge will say they do not like it and the ID can show whatever they want. Because judges can write laws.
ReplyDeleteTo comply with Federal requirements for "Real I.D." I think it must match. Sometime in 2025 you won't be able to board a plane without one. Unless of course you're an illegal alien, in that case you don't need any I.D. at all.

DeleteWhen I buy a firearm using the NICS system, one of the questions asks what my weight is. At one time, I was the 220 pounds that my driver's license says, but after a session with the Kung Flu, it has dropped back to about 190.
ReplyDeleteDealers tell me that I should put the weight on my license instead of my real weight, since otherwise the thugs at BATF will give the dealer grief over this. One dealer told me that I needed to get fat again...
All the well and good except the gender pretenders are getting their birth certificates altered. The solution is to specify that it match the gender shown in a DNA test.
ReplyDeleteImagine that some pretender gets a bar hookup, goes to a deserted spot then when it becomes apparent that she is a He, the dupe ends the party with a bang. Fast forward five years, a hunter finds human remains. DNA tests say male but the pretender got his birth certificate changed to female. The case isn't solved because of bad information all because someone wanted to play pretend I'm a girl.
