Hagerty, colleagues introduce legislation to deport illegal immigrants who commit DUIs

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — United States Senator Bill Hagerty (R-TN) and his colleagues have introduced legislation that would immediately deport illegal immigrants who drive under the influence. 

The group of Republican lawmakers introduced the Protect Our Communities From DUIs Act, legislation to both prevent illegal immigrants who have committed DUI from entering the U.S. and to automatically deport illegal immigrants who commit DUI within the United States.
