In Unanimous Decision, Supreme Court Rules Trump To Remain On Presidential Ballots

The US Supreme Court has ruled in a unanimous decision that former President Donald Trump will be allowed to remain on primary and general ballots in the 2024 US election, after several states removed the former president under the 14th Amendment.

The decision comes after several states - kicked off by the Colorado Supreme Court - ruled that Trump was disqualified from appearing on ballots, citing an interpretation of the US Constitution's 14th Amendment provision which stipulates that candidates who engaged in an “insurrection or rebellion” against the United States - which Trump has not been charged with or convicted of - should be prevented from holding office.

      The Progressive Democrats when looking at the Conservative opponents believe they're in a street fight and in a street fight there are NO such things as rules. There is NO fairness in the fight. You do WHATEVER you have to do to destroy the enemy.

      The lesson is simple: Try to play fair, by the rules you'll lose and thery'll win.

    A unanimous decision. The interpretation of the 14th ammendment cited to take Trump off the ballot was so wackadoodle even the libtards on the Suprememe Court couldn't swallow it.

    I concur with a hearty fuck Joe Biden and may he suffer a terrible ending, hopefully coming soon. I blame him not only for the invaders coming through our used-to-be-a border, and for their victims, I also blame him for the 1 million dead so far from the mess in Ukraine, which could have ended literally before it began. Except they needed Ukraine as a conduit to Biden for Biz. There's literally no telling how much money they've milked and what that's cost us in terms of finance, diplomacy, military, Humans, etc.

    The Supremes said, in a nut shell, only Congress can do this, not a state. And just like clockwork, Jamie Raskin (D - House of Representatives, Maryland) and several others, are proposing legislation to do just that.

    They never give up.
