Judge Says Feds Can’t ‘Selectively’ Prosecute Right-Wing Rioters While Ignoring Antifa
A judge in California threw out charges against two far-right political agitators, saying the federal government engaged in “selective prosecution” by charging right-wing rioters but not the far-left agitators they fought against, and who did the exact same thing.

The Supreme Court said Biden couldn't cancel college loans, but guess what? He's still doing it. I don't think the dimwit asshole is personally doing it, but his advisors are Neurotic, obsessed control freaks who will use and abuse the country's judicial system. Now the Dementia patient is going after capping or stopping credit card late fees to harvest millions of votes. Progressive Democrats follow the "win by any and all means and fuck fairness".

ReplyDeleteJudge Cormac J. Carney. I've seen his name before, and it was mentioned in another very good court decision. I can't remember now what it was.

The left routinely ignores laws, rulings and court opinions they don't like. This will be another one they ignore. The courts have zero means to enforce their rulings. So the left....who control the enforcement machinery simply ignore the courts of they choose to.
