Proposed law puts teachers, school counselors on sex offender registry for helping trans students under 18 with ‘social transition’

If a newly-introduced bill passes in Missouri, state teachers and school counselors could face felony charges and possible jail time — and placement on the state’s sex offender registry — if they are found to help anyone under 18 years old to “socially transition” to a gender other than what they were assigned at birth, including helping someone change their pronouns, or even their haircut.

  2. I'd cut to the chase. Write a bill to prohibit any Marxist ideology. Then list every means used to promote that ideology. Provide severe criminal penalties for those who would promulgate such means.
Then put in the bill that, when oassed into law, it be reviewed by committee each calendar year with the focus that adding additional means (because the socialists are wiley fucks) where neccesary.

Yes, it would be a long textural description. Yes, required are legislators of intelligence and courage.

Otherwise, just hang the offenders from lamp posts by spikes driven through their heels where they be found.

  3. Mass grave. It will come to that anyway, so let the bottom layers be the commies and fags and trannies and traitors. That way there will be less layers.

  4. Yep. That's about right. Transitioning a child is sexual abuse. Yes, even if the parents are the ones doing it. So felony record, jail time, fines, and sex offender registry is entirely the right response.

Needs to be expanded to "anyone in a position of any authority over a child" though. It's not JUST the teachers in public schools. It may also be the private dance instructor, Sunday school teacher, camp councilor, etc.

So IMHO this bill isn't nearly broad enough.

  5. I should add that it's totally a good place to start from. Incremental changes will get us where we need to go.

  7. Yeah, because we all know that doctors never make collosal, life-altering, I-can't-believe-you-fucked-that-up type of mistakes.
A friend of mine died last year (of old age). Ever year, for at least the last 20 years, me and his fellow drinkers at our local bar got him a pink birthday card because his mother's obstetrician checked the wrong box on his birth certificate. The only time he didn't curse that doctor was during his eligability for the Vietnam war draft.
