CHICAGO — A man who got arrested for allegedly shoplifting from a Lincoln Park Target store while on pretrial release for allegedly shoplifting from the same Target store ten times told Chicago police officers that he was surprised to learn that the store kept detailed records of his theft activities.
Looking at the mug shot:

Maybe when he was in 3rd grade learning to write in long-hand his teacher kept telling him "Keep doing it over and over till you get it right or you're not going out to recess with your friends.

You would think that someone in his line of "work" would know that the "wait-and-knab" is standard practice for Target and other major realtors to finally shut down a habitual offender with a big enough case to make it stick. Do hoods not socialize amongst themselves? What is America coming to when people don't bother to talk to one another anymore?
ReplyDeleteTarget is the Last store you wanna steal from. they even have their own crime lab, becuse the state crime labs are too slow
