Commentary: DEI Cronyism and Woke Grifters

When ideology replaces meritocracy or provides immunity from the consequences of illegal behavior, systemic mediocrity follows.

Under toxic National Socialism, Stalinism, and Maoism, millions of cronies and grifters mouthed party lines in hopes that their approved ideology would allow them to advance their careers and excuse their lawbreaking.

The same thing has happened with the woke movement and the now-huge Diversity/Equity/Inclusion conglomerate.

    2. Yes, no embarrassing cleanup needed, like the FBI Hostage Rescue Team attempted to do after they had gotten the LaVoy Finicum party started.

    3. Remember, at that set-up, a textbook ambush around a bend, they were firing downslope upon the moving vehicle from more than 75 yds distance.

Fibbies were live streaming aerial drone footage of the stop. That showed Lavoy was murdered in cold blood. It was not a defensive shooting.
Also, it was clearly evident that the vehicle swerved to go around the road obstacle. There was no person in the forward path of the vehicle, no intent to run over a fibbie. That was claimed later.
By the next day that footage had disappeared. None of my searches since then have been successful in finding that footage.

  2. Even when they're not shouting from the rooftops how woke they are, businesses are still quietly pushing dei. Case in point at the factory I work, the company promotes damn near every diversity but straight white men. They've got a dei link on the homepage. Their upper management puts checking boxes ahead of quality engineers so the design changes they've made are going to come back as a ton of warranty claims.

  3. Most people are motivated by emotional reacting & instant gratification. Many see DEI helping the Boos get a foot up on the economic ladder because they’ve been held back by white privilege. That makes them feel good and feeling good is good enough. Of course there are always people who will take advantage of the need to feel good that many people are addicted to.

  5. The grift I've seen in the aerospace/defense business is that sub tier suppliers will pay a DEI person to say they are owners and then claim "Minority Business" status to get extra unearned or overbid work.

    1. That has long been the case.
Several of my competitors in govt const contracts played that. One freely admitted that he had hired his disabled sister so to claim the advantage. That advantage amounted to as much as 30%.

    2. That's how "Minority or Woman Owned" businesses have been for years and years and years. Can't get a contract your company named Morris and Sons because the contractee prefers 'Minority or Woman Owned'? Just rename it Mrs. Morris and Sons. Et Voila, now you qualify!

  7. Die policies identify civil and moral society as a threat to the lives of the uncivil and immoral as it was designed to do. The choice here is not about a race of skin color. It is about the uncivil and immoral attempt to convince the world it is just another viable opinion and not actual evil...
