"DON'T YOU SEE MY SHINY BADGE???"

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constable was arrested and charged for allegedly pulling a gun on a man after a minor parking lot accident. 

Arturo Martinez, 27, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. On Wednesday night, his bond was set at $40,000.

  3. Houston has always been a crazy place, as a young and dumb guy I spent many weekends there... We'd fly SouthWest into Hobby and get a couple hotel rooms for the weekend then head down to Telephone Rd . Stop at the Booby Rock for the table dances, another bar, i forget the name, that was a great live music scene and many other spots... It was just a huge dirty fun dangerous place to run wild...... Damn I miss those days
