I'd stage a picture like this if I did the socials, the kneejerk reactions responding to images like this is total "Old Man Shouts At Clouds While Shaking Fist" complete with spittle.
They ain't got a lock on the hitch. If you've ever seen a hitch come off the ball in traffic you you won't forget it. Other than that I don't see a problem.
