Biden White House Trying to Force New Regulations to Hinder Second Trump Presidency

A new report claims that the Biden Administration is attempting to implement federal regulations that will be difficult to reverse by a future president, as polls increasingly suggest that Joe Biden will lose the November election to former President Donald Trump.

According to the Daily Caller, the report says that President Trump plans to sign multiple resolutions under the 1996 Congressional Review Act if he wins a second term, aimed at reversing many of Biden’s regulations. In response, officials in the Biden White House are examining methods to make regulations more permanent or harder to undo.

  1. Obsessed Progressives look long term in their plans to destroy the constitutional republic and bringing America into the communist sphere. Heck, they've been setting their sights on the U.S. for over 100 years. It just went into balls-to-the-wall, high gear with the non-citizen Obama. Trump's 2016 win was a speed bump on the highway and their plans to snooker him via Covid and mail-in, drop-box in 2020 worked. If Trump triumphs against all odds in November and is still standing on Jan. 20, 2025 they want to leave a load of legal tangle foot in his path.

  2. Trump's 1st mistake in 2017 was not RIFing a large number of Federal tax eaters. And they were allowed to unionize via a Kennedy executive order I believe. Reverse that order, and then RIF dependent upon the budget shortfall vs. tax revenue. If revenue is only 60% of budget, or 40% short, then RIF 40% of the tax eaters.

I'm not holding my breath. The uniparty would prevent it via more lawfare. But they shrieking at just the threat of such a plan would be delightful.

1 in 7 of employed Americans work for govt. at some level (fed, state, local). The other 6 workers have their assets seized to support these bloated fuckers with their cadillac benefits and generous pensions.

    1. Agree, every time their is a budget impasse the Gov't sends home 25% of the work force as being unneeded so it should be easy to do.

  4. Those new rules going something like this: "we get to do whatever we want, but to overturn it you need 99.999% of the vote".
