Former California lawmaker says NDAs in negotiations of state law can be helpful

Former State Senator and Assembly Speaker Bob Hertzberg is trying to make the case that non-disclosure agreements can be helpful in the negotiation of state laws.

"No disrespect to your reporting, but it's a lot of noise," Hertzberg told KCRA 3 this week.

    NDAs are useful to prevent the peasants from knowing what's going on.

    1. Correct Anon the NDA's are the politically elite's tool kit blinders and gags for the peons. That should be evident since one of the elites suggests it as being "helpful".

  2. No law or lawmaker should ever be able to keep secrets on the negotiations that made it happen.
    Transparency lets in light which keeps the roaches out.
