MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Former security guard Gregory Livingston, 57, has been found guilty of first-degree murder in the 2021 shooting death of a Chicago man at a Kroger gas station.
Prosecutors say Livingston was employed by third-party security company Allied Universal when he shot and killed 48-year-old Alvin Motley Junior during a dispute over loud music at an East Memphis Kroger fuel pump on August 7, 2021.
