More than two years after police found the bodies of four infants — two boys and two girls — tucked inside a freezer within a home in Boston, Massachusetts, a district attorney has announced there will be no charges filed.
According to a case report from Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden, police responded to a home on East Broadway in south Boston on Nov. 17, 2022, about a “possible baby located inside a freezer.”
It wasn’t until officers arrived that they learned there was not one dead baby inside the freezer — there were four.
Given the facts presented this is a rational decision. Almost certainly, the mother killed -or allowed the children to die from neglect. It's now 40-50 years later; father, dead. Mother, demented. Evidence to prove the elements of a crime will require extraordinary effort. Far better to spend money on a current crime. Sometimes the best thing to do is nothing.
ReplyDeleteUnderstood.
DeleteBut a public acknowledgement, and a public show of sadness and grief would help bring the horror to a close. As it stands the event is a "So What?!" with no closure.
Closure? You forget where you are, and misunderstand the sick bastards hanging out therein .
DeleteI bet Planned Parenthood had a hand in the game.
ReplyDeleteThey are expecting biden to get the same treatment.
ReplyDeleteBut he still gets to be president instead of a home for the insane.
