What happens when actions don't have consequences

CHICAGO — A man charged with committing an armed home invasion in River North over the weekend has been arrested four other times since late September, including just last week, according to court and Chicago police records.

Those court records also show that prosecutors dropped the first three cases, even though Omari Bailey didn’t even show up for court in two of them.

  2. You can bet if this thug was found floating face down in the Chicago River, everyone would be lamenting on how he was just straightening his life around and how he was an aspiring rapper with a bright future.
