Bar authorities in DC want Hunter Biden’s law license suspended in wake of gun crime convictions
The bar association of Washington, D.C., this week filed notice of their intent to seek the suspension of Hunter Biden’s law license in the wake of his multiple felony convictions for lying on a gun application.
Demonstration of character and fitness, sometimes referred to as moral character, is among the essential elements required for bar admission.
Of course, this gets bent out of shape quite a bit. Some states admitted illegal aliens to the bar, which you'd think would be an automatic fail on moral character & fitness.
