A federal appeals court on Tuesday upheld California's ban on gun shows at county fairs and other public properties, deciding the laws do not violate the rights of firearm sellers or buyers.
The 3-0 decision by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals overturns a federal judge's ruling in October that blocked the laws.
The People's Democratic Republic of Calmexistan sucks canal water as does the 9th Circus Court. Screw 'em in the ass....
ReplyDeleteStupido...
ReplyDelete9th court of appeals? is that the one that has the highest number of cases reversed by the supreme court?
ReplyDeleteThe one and only
DeleteWho cares? We have big gun shows here in FL almost weekly. States' rights. That's the whole point of the Union and the Constitution to protect it (and the 2nd Ammendment to protect all of it). Pick your state.
ReplyDeleteThe two I went to in central Florida both wanted guns sold only to FFL dealers, and the only non-FFL tables were knives, ammo, and a few optics.
DeleteSomewhat better at Indiana gun shows, but our flea markets can be like an old fashioned gun show.

Wow didn't expect that
ReplyDeleteUsed to enjoy Crossroads Gun Shows of the West at the Del Mar Fairgrounds a couple times a year but I have to admit the writing was on the wall over 25 years ago. CA just about vanished after Arnold was jammed into the governorship.
ReplyDeleteIts the 9th Circuit, so no surprise. They'll probably be 'Supremed' again
ReplyDeleteOut here near the Democrat stronghold of Athens, Ga, we have to drive an hour to get to a gun show.
