I read the title as "How to Throw Any Sized Cat". I was thinking this should be an interesting video.
You mean to tell me that not everyone can throw a castnet? I thought it was a right of passage...
I never saw a cast net until I was 70 years old. Not common in Detroit.
Helps having learned young, but it is an easily learnable skill, an easily teachable skill even to kids. Cast nets are not expensive.
I learned that skill at the ripe af six. Shrimp for dinner, dad!
I enjoyed sitting in Kalama Park in Kihei watching net throwers. They were amazing. Huge nets, perfect circles with every throw.

Throwing a small net like that is fairly easy. Lets see him throw a 12 or 15 footer. Whole 'nother ball game.
