Chinese and Koreans eat so much cat and dog that it is strange that no one tried this idea before. There was a government effort in South Korea before the Seoul Olympics to get restaurants to remove dog dishes from their menus because they knew they were the butt of so many Korean jokes and criticism. I don't remember if cat dishes were included. Chinamen say that "if its back faces the sky, it is edible."
