Today, the Supreme Court ruled that Americans’ First Amendment rights are violated when they are arrested in retaliation for their speech. The decision opens the courthouse doors for those Americans who have been arrested for criticizing the government.

ReplyDeleteOk, but now the govt will just pile on other charges to give themselves cover for the ongoing persecution of their political enemies. And even if you beat those charges, you still got screwed out of time and money to defend yourself. Not exactly a big win.
