What the fu.....?

A Texas couple made a startling discovery on their morning walk over the weekend.

An abandoned baby with her umbilical cord still attached was found, the couple said.

  1. Interesting the surveillance video says it shows the couple walking up and discovering the baby, but nothing about who dropped it off. I wonder why?

    1. The last sentence of the report:
"The same camera that captured the moment Fedele discovered the baby also caught the person who left the newborn behind.

Police are searching for the suspect."

    2. "..........searching for the suspect." Here's an odd idea; How about the police announcing that the District Attorney's Office has issued an statement declaring the mother of said infant immune from prosecution, and encouraging the mother to seek medical treatment. We're going to pay for it one way or another. Might just help prevent this from happening again.

According to the article, the couple that discovered the infant have a three year old. Should they be first in line to adopt the infant?

    3. Attempted murder of an infant and you think she should be immune from prosecution.

    4. Don't charge the woman under ONE condition: she gets her uterus removed - clearly she does not have the responsibility for having a child, so let her do her thing until she gets a disease and returns to the taxpayer-funded system at another door.

    5. Many things we do not know here about the mother's circumstances. Unwed mother? Most likely. Teen mother. Good possibility. Victim of rape and or other heinous crimes? Possible. Another one of Joe's illegal aliens? Strong possibility. Doesn't speak or read the language? Another strong possibility. Mother might not know of the safe, secure, and anonymous drop off boxes an fire departments. One thing we do know is that there was some attempt at compassion. The child was found wrapped in a blanket. Somebody
cared. And most important, the child was found alive, not murdered and tossed in a trash
bin. So yes, I will offer the mother some benefit of doubt and not call for her prosecution until we learn all the facts of her situation. Let's not be so quick to pass judgement on others, damning them without fact or knowledge.

  2. Horrifying. And a blessing on that child.
