Mistakes were made

Police in Seattle are investigating a theft after a woman’s U-Haul truck was stolen with her father’s ashes inside on Tuesday morning.

What was supposed to be a moving day for Megan Plunkett instead became a day of tragedy.

The truck was filled with all of her possessions and parked outside of her mother’s Belltown apartment. She was ready to hit the road for California when she took her eyes off the vehicle for a few hours to sleep.

  1. Lotta mistakes made here by Megan, but like most humans you live and learn to make more mistakes another day.

  3. My last night living in the city I slept in the back of my U haul with a 12 gauge Mossberg.

  6. Talk about snagging a Pick-a-Nicked basket. No loading, just drive away. Got the Goodies and parts to sell. They'll make pennies on the dollar for her life's treasures. Poor woman. If you've ever had your house robbed you know what it feels like.
    Maybe twice.
